Artemeslashes.com is operated by Artémes. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Artémes. The use of the Artemeslashes.com and the purchase of any products offered on website is subject to the present terms and conditions.

The use of the website constitutes your agreement to comply with, and be bound by, these Terms of Use and your consent to the website’s Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy at any time. By continuing to use the website following any such change, you agree to comply with and be bound by the Terms of Use and consent to the Privacy Policy, each as modified.

All material on the website (trademarks, drawings, designs, illustrations, photographs, sound tracks, written text, logos.) is the exclusive owned by us. You may not reproduce, by any means or process (except as expressly provided herein), totally or in part, distribute, publish, transmit, create derivative works based on, modify or sell any such material contained on the website.

The Artémes trademark, the trademark image and all other Artémes related marks and logos, whether or not registered, displayed on Artemeslashes.com, are and will remain our exclusive property. Any reproduction, distribution, transmission, modification or use of these trademarks for any purpose without our prior, express agreement is prohibited.

The website may contain links to third party websites not under our operation or control. Such links are provided as a convenience only and cannot, and should not be interpreted as, an express or implied endorsement of such third party websites or any products or services offered thereon.

We will not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental special or consequential damages, including, without limitation, loss of profits or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We do not guarantee or represent that the website is free from viruses, worms, trojan horses or other destructive material; or that the information contained on the website is accurate, complete or up to date. The website may contain technical inaccuracies or other defects; We do not guarantee that any such defects will be corrected. The website and its contents are provided on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Each party irrevocably submits to the non exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and the courts competent to determine appeals from those courts, with respect to any proceedings that may be brought at any time relating to these terms.

The purchase of any products offered on Artemeslashes.com (“website”) is subject to the present terms. We may update these Terms of Sale at any time. The most current version will be made available on this page.

The website may be used to order Artémes products directly for delivery worldwide. We accept no responsibility for any taxes or other charges that might be levied by customs of the delivery country. These are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. We also do not accept responsibility for the delay of any packages retained for customs inspections, etc.

For each product selected on the website, a summary page will be displayed featuring a photograph of the item and references, the quantity selected, its unit price and the total amount owed for your order. You should check that this information accurately reflects your selection before confirming your order. Upon confirmation, your order will be submitted to us for processing. While every effort is taken to try to ensure that the photographs displayed on the website are representative of the original products, slight variations may occur due to the nature of the product.

We reserve the right to cancel any order placed by a customer if we have reasonable cause to suspect that such customer has violated these terms, or is engaged in any fraudulent activity or for any other legitimate cause. If your order has been cancelled, funds will be returned within 5 to 10 business days, this time frame will vary depending on your financial institution and/or payment type.

For any exceptional order (large orders, orders requiring a greater quantity then currently available on the website), we ask you to contact our customer service (see "Contact us").

Our offers of products and prices are valid as at the date they are displayed on the website, but are subject to availability. In some circumstances, errors or amendments could exist, especially in case of simultaneous orders of the same product by several customers. In the event that a product(s) is unavailable after the placement of an order, you will be informed of the unavailability of the product(s) by email or by phone as soon as possible, and another item(s) shown on the website may be suggested as a substitute or you may wish to cancel your order. We accept no liability for any claims or damages whatsoever, in the event of stock outage or unavailability of products.

At the end of the ordering procedure, you are invited to click on the 'Pay' button which will confirm your order. Once your order has been transmitted, you will receive an order summary by return email. The data registered by the website in respect of an order will be conclusive proof of the whole transaction between us and our customers.

The prices of our products are indicated in multiple currencies, where sold in Australian Dollars $AUD, including GST but excluding shipping costs. For international deliveries, the GST will be deducted in the final payment.

We reserve the right to modify the prices of products offered on the website at any time without prior notice to you. You will be charged the prices displayed on the website at the time your order was confirmed provided the goods ordered were available at this time. 

You are required to pay for any order placed on the website immediately on confirmation of your order. 

*Your order will only be dispatched once we have verified your payment method and received authorization to process your payment.

You will be asked to select the shipment method you would prefer as part of the order procedure. The current delivery/shipping charges are: 

Delivery within Australia

Express Delivery: $10 for all orders - Shipped next business day
Standard Delivery: $8 or all orders - Allow 3 to 5 days depending on location
Free standard shipping on all orders over $99

Shipping for orders up to $99 - $15 
Shipping for orders $100 and over $12 - Allow up to 7 to 21 days depending on location.
We reserve the right to amend above rates without prior notice.

A signature may be required at the recipient address for delivery services. We recommend having your order delivered to an alternate address i.e. your business/work, if you will not be home to sign for your package.

Goods are packed and shipped within 24 hours (express service) or 48 hours (standard) of confirmed payment. We reserve the right to divide your order into part shipments. In this case, you will not be charged any for the goods shipped.

A failure to deliver or late delivery of the goods exceeding eight (8) business days should be reported to our Customer Service Department as soon as possible. In order for your claim to be accepted, please notify us of the delay within a maximum of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of confirmation of your order.

These terms apply to all orders placed on Artemeslashes.com. You are entitled to return any product ordered via the website within a maximum period of thirty (30) calendar days following the date of delivery, subject to the following terms:

You must contact our customer service department and request for a return form and specifying whether you wish to exchange the goods or require a refund (for refunds shipping charges will not be refunded). Returns must be sent in their original condition and packaging. You must enclose the original Artemeslashes.com receipt.

For returns of unopened packaging we offer a refund of the purchase price (less postage and/or any discounts) or an exchange. For products that have been opened or received as a gift from the website, a merchandise exchange is offered. Only one exchange per item will be honored.

For hygienic reasons all returns are immediately disposed of and not resold.

Artémes has sole discretion in determining whether the products are in original condition when returned to website.

We will not be responsible or liable if any item you wish to return to us is lost, misdirected or delivered late.

Artémes Rewards currently runs on a calendar spend period from January 1 through to December 31 and may be subjected to change. You must be an Artémes Rewardsmember to participate in the program. You must spend a minimum of $1 in eligible net purchases (purchases net of returns and other adjustments) on the website on your account during a calendar year period, January 1 through December 31, to qualify and maintain your account for the program and receive points.

Points earned throughout the calendar year are converted into gift cards. You must acquire a total of 2,500 points in a calendar year in order to receive an Artémes Rewards Gift Card. The 2,500 point minimum can consist of any combination of base points or bonus points (in all cases provided that the minimum $1 in eligible net spend on the website is met).

Reward points are earned based on year-to-date eligible spend. Eligible spend is net of returns, credits, refunds and adjustments and defined as purchases made on the website, excluding sales tax and delivery.
