SHIPPING AND DELIVERY COSTS

ARTÉMES products are shipped from Australia and US Warehouse.

The current delivery/shipping charges are: 

Delivery Within Australia

Express Delivery: $7 on all orders - Allow 1-3 business days
Standard Delivery: $5 on all orders - Allow 3 to 7 days depending on location
Free Delivery on all orders over $50

International Standard Delivery (Worldwide) from USA

Shipping for orders up to $50 - $10
Shipping for orders over $51 up to $99 - $10
Shipping for orders $100 and over - $12

Depending on stock, mink style lashes shipped from US can take up to 5 days to arrive. International deliveries please allow up to 14 to 28 business days depending on location. 

Please allow for additional days delay due to lock down and COVID-19 restrictions. We apologize for this as it is due to the lock down and limited options for courier and shipping.

We reserve the right to amend above rates without prior notice. A signature may be required at the recipient address for delivery services. We recommend having your order delivered to an alternate address i.e. your business/work, if you will not be home to sign for your package.

Packing and Dispatch

Goods are packed and shipped within 48 hours (standard) of confirmed payment. We reserve the right to divide your order into part shipments. In this case, you will not be charged any for the goods shipped.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

You are entitled to return any product ordered via the website within a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days following the date of receipt, subject to the following terms:

You must contact our customer service department and request for a return form and specifying whether you wish to exchange the goods or require a refund (for refunds shipping charges will not be refunded). Returns must be sent in their original condition and packaging. You must enclose the original Artemeslashes.com receipt. 

For returns of unopened packaging we offer a refund of the purchase price (less postage and/or any discounts) or an exchange. For products that have been opened or received as a gift from the website, a merchandise exchange is offered. Only one exchange per item will be honored, that is a product will not be exchanged more than once. Used products can not be returned or exchanged. A used product is one that has been removed from original packaging, used or applied. Any shipping/ return fee would be payable by the customer (See "Terms of Use" for full details).

For hygienic reasons all returns are immediately disposed of and not resold.
